It was less than two weeks ago that the Froyo update for the Samsung Galaxy S went live. Currently, Samsung Mobile India’s twitter feed has incorrigible that the smartphone will get the newly-released Android edition 2.3 – codenamed Gingerbread – additionally.
This news was pretty much expected because of the Galaxy S boasting pretty similar specs to the Nexus S, which will ship with Gingerbread pre-installed. So there was no possibility of the mobile phone not meetingprocessor requirements , or of the update going under evaluation. Jokes aside, the Galaxy S upgrade pronouncement took a much easier advance than the Optimus One’s.
